Dear Readers,
This August marks the fifth anniversary of The Many Colors of Natalie. Our motto, “Love Art & Support Your Local Artist!” reflects my belief that Pittsburgh is a vibrant city filled with talented artists and has much more to offer than just sports. One of the primary reasons I started this blog was to provide a new perspective on Pittsburgh, allowing individuals to educate themselves about various forms of art and artists while raising awareness of the local art scene.
I launched this blog right in the midst of the pandemic, driven by my deep concerns for our art community and the artists within it. I wanted to create a platform to showcase the incredible work these artists have done and continue to do. For those who believe art is unimportant, I am here to emphasize its value.
Over the past five years, I have published fifty-one posts, and we have grown to five hundred forty-seven followers on Facebook. I am incredibly grateful for your continued support.
I have some exciting interviews lined up, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Additionally, I am heading back to school to pursue a graduate certificate at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on Sports, Entertainment, and Arts Law. I aim to expand my legal skills while ensuring that The Many Colors of Natalie remains a priority. I am excited to see how this blog will evolve in the coming years.
Cheers to five years!
Sincerely,
Natalie
